Ethical Investing - Finding
Investments Reflecting Your Values (3 hours)
Offered over the web with VOIP or phone.
Also available with a live
presenter at a location of your choice. Minimum of seven
participants.
Purpose:
Learn how to find, research and assess stocks/funds that are good
to invest in and that reflect your personal values. You
will learn how to optimize the use of the
web, as well as on-line library and broker services.
No financial skills required.
Furthermore:
- Gain knowledge of how
to use the 'Robins
Life-Benefiting Scale' and thereby be able to assess
potential investments according to your own values.
- Create a set of
personal values and guidelines that will direct you and your
investment advisor towards selecting appropriate, and
profitable investments.
- Learn the answers to these questions: "Who should invest my money?
What questions to ask a financial
advisor? And, how to select an
advisor."
